As South Florida’s first Christian Women’s Giving Circle, Strikeforce 421 partners believe in radical, life-changing generosity for both the givers and the recipients. In its second year of existence, the ministry gave away $100,000 to three local ministries in October.
Firewall Centers, a free after-school mentoring, tutoring and leadership development program, received a grant of $53,000. Strikeforce partners completely funded the new program for Lauderhill Middle School with this grant.
Renew South Florida received a grant of $27,500 to fund their Fellowship program and one new church plant in the area. Renew identifies, develops and resources leaders to start new churches.
Live the Life, who focuses on strengthening families and marriages, received $19,500.
The organization was generously hosted on October 21st by the developers of the Auberge Beach Residences & Spa at the beautiful new site located directly on the ocean in Fort Lauderdale. The National Christian Foundation is also a strategic partner of Strikeforce 421. Visit www.strikeforce421.org.
